改革开放后川渝地区农业机械化发展路径的特征

摘  要：
改革开放后,川渝地区农机化在发展路径不同阶段呈现出不同的特征。法制方面经历了由无到有、由法制辅助农机化发展到促进农机化水平提高的过程;产业组织方面经历了集体经营管理到政企分开,再到管理机构、服务组织各尽其能的过程;技术与农机具方面以适应川渝地区耕作环境为主线,经历了由大中型农机到小、微型农机的转变过程。分析清楚这些路径的阶段性特征对川渝地区农机化朝纵深方向发展具有借鉴意义。

摘  要：
After reform and opening-up,the development path of agricultural mechanization in both Sichuan and Chongqing has showed different characteristics during this period.The legal system about agricultural mechanization had started from scratch,changing from assisting the development of agricultural mechanization to improving agricultural mechanization level.In the aspect of industrial organization,it had experienced from the collective operation management organizations to separation of enterprise from administration,and service management institutions,associations have been working according to their abilities.What is more,in the aspect of technology and agricultural machineries,it regarded adapting to Sichuan and Chongqing's farming environment as a main line,and also experienced the evolution from the large and medium-sized agricultural machinery to small and mini-sized agricultural machinery.By analyzing these paths' staged characteristics clearly,it is useful for reference to Sichuan and Chongqing's agricultural mechanization developing to a deep and broad direction.
