关于推进当前农村金融改革的几点思考

本文从农村金融需求的视角,分析了农村金融的需求主体及特点,认为农村金融市场存在需求旺盛但有效需求不足、需求与供给失衡、金融生态环境恶化等问题。提出通过建设农村金融发展的外部环境和培育农村有效金融需求,为推进农村金融整体改革创造有利条件。
