摘 要：
本文研究了2-(5-乙基噻二唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯酚(5-ethyl-TDAMAP)与Co2+的显色反应,在pH为7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,CTMAB存在下,5-ethyl-TDAMAP能与Co2+形成1:1稳定络合物,用盐酸酸化后,在酸介质中,体系λmax=568nm,ε=4.3×104L.moL-1.cm-1,钴含量在0-30μg/25ml内符合比尔定律。用于水样中的钴含量的测定,结果令人满意。

摘 要：
2-(5-ethyl-thiadiazolyazo)-5-Dimethylaminophenol(5-ethyl-TDAMAP) is a new color reagent and its color reaction with Co2+ was studied.In the medium of cetyl trimethylammonium bromidc(CTMAB) and pH=7.0 phosphatebuffer solution.5-ethyl-TDAMAP can react with cobalt to form a stable 1:1 complex.After acidifying with HCl,the molar absorptivity of the complex is 4.3 104L.mol-1.cm-1 at 568nm.Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0-30 g/25ml.This methed has been applied to the determination micro of cobalt in water samples with satisfactory result.
