拖拉机座椅悬架对动态舒适性影响的研究

摘  要:
为探讨基于磁流变阻尼器(MRD)的拖拉机半主动座椅悬架在动态舒适性方面的优越性,在正弦激励和白噪声激励环境下,构建了拖拉机动力学模型和磁流变阻尼器(MRD)力学模型,并给出了模糊控制器的设计方法。在Mat Lab/Simulink仿真环境中分别对被动和半主动座椅悬架进行时域和频域仿真,得出两种悬架的加速度动态特性曲线及相应的频谱特性曲线。仿真结果表明:所构建的阻尼器模型及控制策略可以有效衰减座椅悬架在低频区段的垂直振动,改善了拖拉机的动态舒适性。

摘  要:
The dynamics model of tractors,the magnetorheological dampers( MRD) model and the fuzzy controller all be established to research the advantages in terms of comfort with the tractor seat semi- active suspension system based on magnetorheological damper. With the Matlab / Simulink software,the dissertation have a completed simulating analysis both of the time- domain and frequency- domain between passive seat suspension semi- active seat suspension. The results of the simulation show that the damper model can restrain the vertical vibration in the low zone and enhance the dynamic comfort.
