凝聚函数在拖拉机振动分析中应用

摘 要:
拖拉机行驶时,由于路面不平度的影响,机体会产生较为强烈的振动,需要加以控制。按照振动理论建立一个两自由度系统车辆简化物理力学模型,亦即把地面视为振动输入,车轮悬挂系统视为弹性支承点,车体视为平面刚体,然后根据随机数据分析方法,运用凝聚函数有效地辨识多自由度系统振动传递关系,这对于车辆振动研究和振动控制提供了一种有效的分析手段。并以凝聚分析在拖拉机机体振动研究中的应用为例,表明利用该方法可以有效的解决拖拉机振动舒适性问题。

摘 要:
This paper intruduces an analysis method of the vehicle vibration system.The vehicle system can be simulated to a two-freedom mechanical model according to vibration theory.Taking the vehical body as the mass,the suspension as the flexible surport and road vibration as input interference,the paper uses coherency function to distinguish transfer function of multi-freedom mechnical system based on random analysis.An example of the analysis method for a tractor is presented to prove that it is a significent method.
