摘 要:
【目的】近年来,随着人们生活水平提高,消费观念改变以及住所搬迁频繁,废弃木家具逐渐成为城市垃圾处理的负担,废弃木家具回收是家具制造企业承担社会责任、节约成本和促进利润增长的重要途径,如何构建与企业实力相匹配的废弃木家具回收模式,正成为家具行业亟需解决的问题。【方法】结合废弃木家具回收逆向物流链的特点,分别构建了家具制造企业主导、家具零售企业主导、第三方回收企业主导和战略联盟式的四种回收模式,并进行了优劣势比较分析。以家具制造企业回收综合效益最高为总体目标,从财务、管理、技术和服务四个维度构建了废弃木家具回收处理模式的评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合层次分析法(Fuzzy-AHP)进行了案例求解。【结果】一级指标因素的权重由大到小分别是财务因素(0.146 8)、管理因素(0.120 9)、技术因素(0.192 8)、服务因素(0.269 5)。模糊向量计算的结果是第三方回收企业主导模式和战略联盟式模式为企业带来高效益的可能性比较大,分别是63.87%和69.07%。【结论】家具制造企业在选择回收模式时,优先考虑的是财务因素,其次是服务因素、技术因素和管理因素,在构建企业回收模式时,需要结合企业实际发展情况,模式并无绝对的好坏,这为家具制造企业回收处理废弃木家具提供重要的参考价值。家具制造行业日新月异的发展,消费者对于低碳化绿色化环保产品的要求越来越高,回收模式的研究也将有更进一步的发展。

【Objective】In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, changes in consumer attitudes and frequent relocation of residences, abandoned wood furniture has gradually become a burden of urban waste disposal. Waste wood furniture recycling is an important way for furniture manufacturers to undertake social responsibility, save costs and promote profit growth. How to build a recycling model of discarded wood furniture that matches the strength of the enterprise is becoming an urgent problem for the furniture industry.【Method】Combining with the characteristics of recycling reversed logistics chain of abandoned wood furniture, this paper constructs four recycling modes dominated by furniture manufacturing enterprises, leading furniture retail enterprises, third-party recycling enterprises and strategic alliances, and compares the advantages and disadvantages among them. Taking the highest comprehensive benefit of furniture manufacturing enterprises as the overall goal, the evaluation index system of waste wood furniture recycling processing mode was constructed from four dimensions of finance, management, technology and service, and the fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process(Fuzzy-AHP) was used.【Result】The weight of the first-level indicator factors are financial factors(0.146 8), management factors(0.120 9), technical factors(0.192 8), and service factors(0.269 5). The result of fuzzy vector calculation is that the third-party recycling enterprise leading mode and the strategic alliance mode are more likely to bring high efficiency to enterprises, which are 63.87% and 69.07% respectively.【Conclusion】Research shows that when manufacturing companies choose the recycling model, the financial factors are the priority, followed by the service factors, technical factors and management factors. When constructing the enterprise recycling model, it is necessary to combine the actual development of the enterprise. The model is not absolutely good or bad, this provides an important reference value for furniture manufacturers to recycle and dispose of discarded wood furniture. With the rapid development of the furniture manufacturing industry, consumers are increasingly demanding low-carbon green environmental protection products, and research on recycling models will be further developed.
