摘  要：
【目的】研究亚麻籽木脂素对初产奶牛增重及乳房外型指数的影响。【方法】初产荷斯坦奶牛36头随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组:基础日粮基础+精料(添加亚麻籽木脂素3.75 g/kg),连续饲喂95 d,分析亚麻籽木脂素对初产奶牛增重及乳房外型指数影响的情况。【结果】添加亚麻籽木脂素的试验组奶牛体重与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),平均日增重试验组奶牛极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组奶牛后乳房高度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),后乳房宽度对照组比较无变化,乳房深度试验组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),乳头长较对照组无差异,悬韧带较对照组提高了11.11%(P<0.05),乳房直径试验组较对照组提高了49.25%(P<0.01),乳房宽度试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】亚麻籽木脂素在一定程度上具有促进初产奶牛体重增加以及奶牛乳腺外型增大的作用。

摘  要：
【Objective】This project aims to study the effect of flaxseed lgnans on primiparous cows weight gain and bread shape index. 【Method】36 Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The cows in the control group were fed with basal diet and cows in the test group were fed with basic diet + concentrated food( flaxseed lignans,3. 75 g / kg). They were fed with these foods for 95 days on end and the effects of flaxseed lignans on primiparous cows' weight gain and breast shape were analyzed.【Result】The body weight showed no significant difference between the cows in both groups( P> 0. 05),but the average daily weight gain in the testing group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 01); And the cows ' breast height was extremely higher than that of the control group( P <0. 01); The there were no differences of their breast width between the two groups. Breast depth of cows in the testing group was tremendously higher than that in the other group( P < 0. 01); Papillae of cows in this group were no longer than those in the other group,but the suspensory ligament increased by 11. 11%( P < 0. 05);Breast diameter of cows in the testing group was wider than that cows in the control group,which was increasedby 49. 25%( P < 0. 05). 【Conclusion】Flaxseed lignans had effects on the body weight and breast shape of primiparous cows to a certain extent.
