多普勒超声诊断技术在无鳞鱼中的应用

摘  要:
多普勒超声诊断技术,是一种无身体危害、无放射性损伤的活体临床诊断方法,是医学影像技术的重要内容之一。该诊断技术现已广泛用于人体临床医学疾病的诊断和畜牧兽医领域,但在水生动物领域应用不广,而在渔业资源保护、亲本的性别鉴定、繁殖能力和发育状况的评估中,活体诊断技术是必要的。笔者用My Lab20Plus超声诊断仪对鲶鱼内脏及性腺发育进行了实验观察及解剖对照,本文详细记录了实验的结果,分析了实验动物的超声影像图。

摘  要:
Doppler ultrasound diagnostic technique,a kind of vivo clinical diagnostic methods with no harm,no radioactive damage,is one of the important medical imaging technologies.It has been widely used clinically in both human and animal diagnosis,but little used in the aquatic animals.But it is essential to use vivo diagnosis in the protection of fishery resources,gender identification and reproductive ability of the parents and the evaluation of the status of the development.The author used My Lab20 Plus ultrasonic diagnostic instrument for catfish to ob-serve viscera and gonad development,compared with anatomy control.The experimental results were detailed and the development status of experimental animals were discussed.
