含重金属离子溶液中KLPAAM复合高吸水性树脂吸液性能

摘  要:
以自制高岭土/木质素磺酸钠-g-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水性树脂(KLPAAM)为原料,考察了该树脂在重金属离子盐溶液中的吸液性能。金属离子溶液浓度、pH值显著地影响KLPAAM复合高吸水树脂的平衡吸水倍率。溶液浓度增大,该树脂的吸液能力均迅速减小;离子浓度大于4 mmol/L时,其平衡吸水倍率达恒定值。FeCl3、AlCl3溶液的平衡吸水倍率远大于CuCl2、ZnCl2溶液的平衡吸水倍率(后者趋于零),其顺序为:CuCl2

摘  要:
A self-made kaolin/sodium lignosulfonate graft acrylic acid/acrylamide super-absorbent composites(KLPAAM) was used to test the absorbencies in different heavy metal ion salt solutions.The equilibrium absorbencies of KLPAAM super-absorbent composite were obviously affected by the concentrations of the heavy metal ion solutions and their pH values.The absorption capacity of the resin decreased rapidly with increasing the concentrations of the heavy metal ion solutions and reached an equilibrium value at 4 mmol/L concentration of the heavy metal ion solution.The equilibrium absorbencies of KLPAAM super-absorbent composite in FeCl3 and AlCl3 solutions were far more than that in CuCl2 and ZnCl2 solutions(the late two were near to zero),and the sequence of the four solutions ranked as follows: CuCl2
