兽用微乳基质的研制及稳定性和增溶性考察

摘  要:
选用液体石蜡为油相,吐温-80为表面活性剂,司盘-80为助表面活性剂,去离子水为水相,在制备三元相图的基础上,考察微乳区的分布范围,筛选最优处方,考察其稳定性,以利福平为模型药物考察其对难溶性药物的增溶。结果:电镜检测该微乳基质的平均粒径在30 nm,该微乳基质稳定性好,并能增加难溶性药物的溶解度。结论:该基质可作为一种兽用药物载体增加难溶性药物,以提高难溶性药物的生物利用度。

摘  要:
To prepare a kind of micro-emulsion system of animal and study the stability and incorporation to hydrophobe drug,the mineral oils,Tween-80 and Span-80,were selected to prepare micro-emulsion with water.Pseudo ternary phase was used to investigate the distribution of micro-emulsion.The best recipe was selected and the stability was studied.Rifampin was used to investigate the drug incorporation of micro-emulsion.The observing result with transmission election microscopy indiated average particle size of micro-emulsion was 30?nm,the stability and the drug incorporation were all good.As one kind of drug carrier,micro-emulsion can be used to improve incorporation and biological utilization factor of hydrophobic drugs.
