麝香百合基因型抗热性差异及其早期鉴定

摘  要:
用抗热指数等指标对麝香百合基因型的抗热性进行了鉴定。结果表明,K1-1、K2-7为抗热性较强的基因型,G、Wforest、Wfox的抗热性较弱。选用相对含水量、相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量等指标对8个基因型进行了抗热性综合评价,其抗热性评定结果与抗热指数的评定结果基本一致。因此,所测定的4项生理生化指标可用于麝香百合抗热性的早期鉴定。

摘  要:
Lilium longiflorum genotype difference of heat-resistance was evaluated with Resistant Index.The results showed that K1-1 and K2-7 were resistant to high temperature and G,Wforest and Wfox were sensitive to high temperature.Based on four indices of heat-resistance,namely the relative water content,the relative electronic conduction rate,the proline content and the soluble protein content,comprehensive evaluation of eight genotypes was studied.The results were agree basically with that of evaluation on Resistant Index.The four physiological and biochemical indices could be used for the early evaluation of heat resistance in Lilium longiflorum.
