摘 要:
为探讨ABCA1基因I883M多态性在广西汉族和壮族人群中的分布,采用PCR-RFLP技术对121例无血缘关系的健康汉族人和100例无血缘关系的健康壮族人的ABCA1基因I883M位点A→G(Ile883Met)进行检测分析,发现ABCA1基因I883M基因型频率在汉族分别为:II=0.074,IM=0.380,MM=0.545;壮族分别为:II=0.130,IM=0.350,MM=0.520;两组人群的基因多态性分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与德国人群相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ABCA1基因I883M位点多态性在汉族与壮族中的分布可能没有差异,而有别于西方人种,暗示该基因多态性可能存在种族和个体差异,该数据可以很好地应用于群体遗传学的研究。

摘 要:
To investigate the distribution of ABCA1 gene I883M polymorphism in the Han population and the Zhuang minority nationality in Guangxi,ABCA1 I883M genotyping was performed in 121 unrelated healthy individuals of Han population and 100 unrelated healthy individuals of Zhuang minority nationality by PCR-RFLP approach.The genotype frequencies in Han population were as follows:II=0.074,IM=0.380,MM=0.545;And that in the Zhuang minority nationality were as follows:II=0.130,IM=0.350,MM=0.520;No significant difference was found in the frequencies of I883M genotype and alleles between Han population and Zhuang minority nationality in Guangxi(P>0.05).There was significant difference between Chinese population and Germany population(P<0.01).The frequencies of ABCA1 gene I883M genotype and allele in Han population may be not different from that in Zhuang minority nationality,but are significantly different from that in Hesperian population.The data can be well applied in the research of population genetics.
