怀不同胎儿类型的母驴、母马妊娠前期外周血清中孕酮水平的变化

摘  要:
本文系用放射免疫法测定怀不同胎儿类型的母驴、母马妊娠前期(0~120天)外周血清中的孕酮含量。处于发情高潮时的母驴、母马外周血清中孕酮水平很低,母驴平均为1.7(0.7~2.6)毫微克/毫升(n=11),母马为0.7(0.6~0.9)毫微克/毫升(n=3) 在妊娠第8天前后,孕酮含量处于较高水平。怀驴母驴为34.0(13.3~58.7)毫微克/毫升(第13天),怀骡母驴为31.8(20.1~49.8)毫微克/毫升(第8天),怀马母马为10.0(5.1~16.8)毫微克/毫升(第8天),怀骡母马为14.0(10.0~21.5)毫微克/毫升(第8天)。在这一时期,怀不同胎儿类型的同种动物孕酮水平很接近(P>0.05),而且母驴妊娠后的孕酮水平同发情周期中黄体期相接近(P>0.05)。妊娠35天后,孕酮水平都有升高的趋势。在妊娠55天到120天间,怀骡母驴孕酮平均水平远远高于怀其他三种胎儿类型的母畜,而且不同个体间差异极大。怀其他三种胎儿类型的母畜中,以怀骡母马孕酮水平最低。在妊娠前期,两组孕马外周血清中的孕酮水平始终低于两组孕驴,表明母体的物种特性是决定孕酮水平的主要因素。

In the present study, the progesterone levels in the peripheral serum during the early period of pregnancy in jennies and mares carring genetically different fetuses have been measured by radioimmunoassay. The progesterone levels were low at the time of heat climax in jenny and mare, it averaged 1.7ng/ml in jenny (n=11) and 0.7ng/ml in mare (n=3). Around the 8th day of pregnancy, progesterone content reached a high level, it was 34.0ng/ml in jenny with a donkey fetus, 31.8ng/ml in jenny with a hinny fetus, 10.0ng/ml in mare carring a horse fetus, and 14.0ng/ml in the mare with a mule conceptus. During this period (beginning of pregnancy), the progesterone levels in the same species carring genetically different conceptuses have been found to be very similar (P>0.05) and the progesterone level of pregnant jenny was close to that during the lureal phase of estrous cycle(P>0.05). After 35 days of gestation, progesterone levels in all of the 4 cases have tended upwards. Between 55th and 120th day of gestation, the mean level of progesterone in jenny carrying a hinny fetus was considerably higher than those of the dams carrying the other three types of fetus, and a great variation was observed among hinny-bearing individuals. Progesterone content in mare with a mule fetus was lowest. The peripheral serum progesterone level in mare carrying either a hybrid fetus or a homogeneous fetus was always lower than that of jennies carrying the same types of fetus This indicates that the specific nature of animal is an important factor determining the progesterone level.
