摘  要:
From the perspective of information behavior, the article puts forward the measures to improve the university library network service through the analysis of its influencing factors and the evolution of the situation. It involved in six aspects, the user's specific information demand, the user's information literacy and information ethics education, Service function promotion, changes in the role of service provider, deepening of service content and service innovation.
