DB-1MS气相色谱柱法测定面包和糕点中的甜蜜素

摘  要:
建立一种运用DB-1MS毛细管色谱柱测定面包和糕点中甜蜜素的分析方法。甜蜜素和NaNO2在H2SO4酸性条件下生成环己基亚硝酸酯,运用DB-1MS毛细管色谱柱进行测定。在1.0~50μg/mL线性范围内,衍生化后标准曲线的重现性较好,相关系数为0.999 9。当添加浓度为0.06 g/kg时,方法回收率为88.5%~108.3%;分流比为5∶1时,方法检出限为10.8 mg/kg。本法灵敏度高,方便快速,具有良好的回收率和方法检出限,适用于面包、糕点中甜蜜素的检测分析。

摘  要:
A method for determination of sodium cyclamate in bread and pastries by DB-1MS capillary column was established.Sodium cyclamate was firstly converted to cyclohexyl nitrite by a chemical reaction with NaNO2 and H2SO4,and then was detected by DB-1MS capillary column.It was showed that sodium cyclamate was with good linear relations(r=0.999 9) in the range from 1.0 to 50 μg/mL after derivated at both different moments.The recovery was between 88.5% and 108.3% when sodium cyclamate was added into the samples at 0.06 g/kg.The limit detection was 10.8 mg/kg when the split ratio was chosen as 5∶1.This method was suitable for determination of sodium cyclamate in bread and pastries because of its simplicity,efficiency,high recovery,and good detection limit.
