世界水稻产业发展现状,趋势及对我国的启示

摘  要：
本文从水稻生产,市场,贸易等方面,分析了世界水稻产业发展现状,以及世界水稻产业发展面临着人口持续增加,消费量稳定增长;资源约束性增强,水稻生产增速放缓;全球气候变暖,灾害性气候和病虫害多发;比较效益偏低,增产与增收矛盾突出等严峻形势.指出今后世界水稻产业发展的趋势是水稻产量总量增加,增速减缓;稻米人均消费量稳定,总量增加;各国自给率提高,贸易量减少.提出要立足国内稻米生产基本自给,利用国际市场满足国内需求不现实,要大力提高水稻产业化水平

摘  要：
This paperanalyzed the current situation and development trends of world's rice industry from rice production, market and trading, and it pointed that the world's rice industry is facing serious situation and trends, such as an increasing population, consumer demand will grow steadily; stronger resources constrained, the rice production increasing speed will become slower;global warming, severe weatherandpests will appearfrequently;low comparative benefit, the obvious contradiction between increasing yield and increasing income. The authorpointed the development trends of world's rice industry:an increasing of total rice production, the rice production increasing speed will become slower; the per capital consumption will grow steadily, the total demand consumption will increase; the self-sufficiency rate of all the countries inthe world will be increased, the trade volume will be reduced. The author putfoward that we must based on the domestic rice production, use the international market to meet the demand is unrealistic and energetically raise the level of rice industry
