糯玉米自交系光合特性的配合力分析

摘  要:
为了探讨糯玉米光合性状的遗传规律,利用8个糯玉米自交系(JN2、JN4、JN7、JN8、JN10、JN12、JN14、JN15)进行完全双列杂交,采用GriffingⅡ方法对糯玉米3个光合性状(光合速率、叶面积、叶绿素含量)进行配合力分析,并对其遗传参数进行估算。结果表明,光合速率受遗传因素影响较大(h2B=89.04%),以非加性效应为主(h2N=19.44%);叶绿素含量受遗传因素影响较小(h2B=31.12%);叶面积受遗传影响一般(h2B=54.28%)。自交系中,JN2和JN7是较好的高光效亲本。自交系正反交组合间有明显差异,存在细胞质效应。在糯玉米高光效育种中,光合性状应在高代进行选择。在重视亲本的一般配合力和特殊配合力的同时,应考虑到正反交组合的利用价值。

摘  要:
In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics and genetic regularity of photosynthetic traits,eight inbred lines of waxy maize(JN2,JN4,JN7,JN8,JN10,JN12,JN14,JN15) were used for complete diallel crossing model.Griffing Ⅱ was used and combining ability lines was analyzed in three photosynthetic characters(photosynthetic rate,leaf area,chlorophyll content),and its genetic parameter were estimated.Results showed that hereditary effects were high(h2B=89.04%) and non-additive effect was major in photosynthetic rates(h2N=19.44 %).The hereditary effects were lower in chlorophyll content(h2B=31.12%).The hereditary effects were not high in leaf area(h2B=54.28%).JN2 and JN7 were good parent for improving photosynthetic efficiency of F1 generation in inbred lines.Cross was different from back cross in inbred lines.The cytoplasm gene effects existed.In high photosynthetic efficiency breeding of waxy maize,photosynthetic characters should make selection at higher generation.We should not only pay attention to GCA and SCA,but also consider the great importance of cross and back cross lines.
