一种快速观察美味黑穗菌菌丝的新方法

摘  要:
茭白是一种水生蔬菜,是由美味黑穗菌侵染菰草形成的。当菰草植株逃避了真菌侵染,这些植株被称为"雄茭"。主要介绍了一种简单、迅速的细胞学染色方法,可清楚观察真菌在茭白植株中的的菌丝分布,以及用于早期迅速区分茭白和雄茭植株。

摘  要:
Water bamboo is a aquatic vegetable,formed by Ustilago esculenta infecting Zizania latifolia. When the plants escape from infection of U. esculenta,they was called as male water bamboo during cultivation. A simply,rapidly mycological method for clearly observing fungal hyphal distribution in the water bamboo plant tissues and distinguishing the water bamboo plants from the male water bamboo plants were recommended.
