摘  要：
Implementation of Framework Convention on Tobacco Control(FCTC) with special reference to tobacco products packaging and labeling in some tobacco-producing countries was reviewed.Progress in the use of graphic health warnings and picture warning,as well as academic research in packaging and labeling were compared.Suggestions were made for China's cigarette packaging with regard to the implementation of FCTC
