产学研一体化优化我国“e+”生鲜农产品冷链的探索

摘  要:
为了解决我国生鲜农产品冷链存在的人才短缺、运营能力不足、规模化程度低、公益性欠缺及基础设施落后等问题,分析了这些问题产生的原因、产学研一体化的的运行机理,提出以政府牵头,借助高校、科研机构的技术、人才优势,帮助农民解决技术难题、促进产业升级,同时为高校学生创造岗位体验、实训、实习场所。从政府的角度,应采取完善信用体系、改革人才评价制度、调整政策导向等措施促进产学研一体化。

摘  要:
In order to slove the problems existing in the cold chain of fresh agricultural products in China, such as shortage of talents, inadequate operational capacity, low scale, lack of public welfare and backward infrastructure,this paper analyzed the causes,the operation mechanism of integrating production, education and research, with the help of the technology and talent advantages of universities and scientific research institutions, to help farmers to solve technical problems and promote industrial upgrading, and at the same time, and create job experience,training and practice places for college students.The government should promote the integration of industry,education and research from the perspectives of perfecting credit system, reforming talent evaluation system and adjusting policy orientation.
