In order to promote talents squad construction, serve for economy construction and social progress of localities, the government implement the action plan-support the development of economy and society of locality with talent intelligence in central and western counties of Hainan province. I benefited this plan and had my temporary-leading-position-training from 2010 till 2011, during which I assisted administers to manage agricultural science and technology and township economy. After I completed temporary-leading-position-training, I have promoted my working and learning ability. However, there were many problems in the period of temporary-leading-position-training in villages and towns, so I put forward some suggestions for leaders and successors.
