一例臧獒脾脏纤维肉瘤的病理学诊断

摘 要：
本文运用巨检和常规石蜡切片病理学方法对一例臧獒脾脏肿瘤进行诊断,结果显示肿瘤组织的异型性明显,肿瘤细胞呈成纤维细胞样,排列紊乱,形态、大小不一,胞核形状多样,病理性核分裂相多见,确诊为脾脏纤维肉瘤。

摘 要：
One Tibetan mastiff spleen fibrosarcoma was diagnosed through autopsy and routine wax slide pathological methods.The results indicated that the heteromorphy of the tumor tissue was evident.Tumor cells were fibroblast-like,arranging disorderly and their morphology and size different form each other.Nuclei showed multi morphology and pathological cell division was in much.From above results,the tumor in the Tibetan mastiff spleen was fibrosarcoma.
