戒台霉素衍生物的合成及杀虫活性

摘  要:
[目的]开发氧化偶氮类的新型杀线虫农药。[方法]以戒台霉素为母体结构,保留氧化偶氮和端链乙烯基结构,合成了10个结构新颖的戒台霉素衍生物。[结果]目标化合物的结构均经过了1H NMR、红外和质谱的验证。经过初步生物活性测试表明,在500mg/L质量浓度下,化合物JTCD-05、JTCD-06对松材线虫、根结线虫、甘薯茎线虫具有良好的杀虫活性。其中化合物JTCD-05松材线虫的LC_(50)值为0.066 mg/L,优于对照药剂阿维菌素(LC_(50)值为0.511 mg/L)。[结论]戒台霉素衍生物对线虫具有较好的毒杀效果,此类化合物作为新型杀线虫剂具有一定的开发潜力。

摘  要:
[Aims] This paper aims to discover new nematicidal pesticide of oxidized azo. [Methods] Ten new compounds were synthesized with the pharmacological structure of Jietacin as a template by retaining oxidized azo and terminal vinyl structures. [Results] All the synthesized compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR, infrared and mass spectrumetry. The prelimnary bioassay showed that the compounds JTCD-05 and JTCD-06 had good insecticidal activity against pine wood nematode, root-knot nematode and sweet potato stem nematode at a concentration of 500 mg/L.The LC_(50) of the compound JTCD-05 for pine wood nematode was 0.066 mg/L, which was superior to the control agent avermectin(LC_(50) was 0.511 mg/L). [Conclusions] Jietacin derivatives have a good toxic effect on nematodes, and these compounds have certain development potential as new nematicidal pesticides.
