摘  要:
建立利用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱电子捕获技术联用分析检测葡萄酒软木塞中2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚含量的方法。该方法测定软木塞中2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚的相关系数(R2)为0.999 9,精密度好(相对标准偏差不大于5.6%),回收率为101%~108%,检出限为0.20 pg/L、定量限为0.66 pg/L。利用该方法测定了11种不同类型的软木塞中2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚的含量,证实了所建方法适用于葡萄酒软木塞中痕量2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚含量的测定。

摘  要:
A method for determining 2,4,6-trichloroanisole(TCA) in wine corks has been presented by using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) and gas chromatography with electron-capture detection(GC-ECD). The correlation coefficient for linearity(R2), limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantification(LOQ) of this method were 0.999 9, 0.20 pg/L, and 0.66 pg/L, respectively. The precision expressed as relative standard deviation(RSD) was below 5.6% and recoveries ranged from 101% to 108%. The levels of TCA in 11 different kinds of corks were determined by this method. The results indicated that this method is suitable for the determination of trace levels of TCA in wine corks.
