东北三省大豆花叶病毒(SMV)株系的种类与分布

摘  要:
本文报道了大豆花叶病毒株系鉴定和划分的方法以及东北3省各株系的分布比例,为大豆抗花叶病毒育种工作提供了基础。采用当前生产上有相当面积的栽培品种作为株系鉴别品种,将毒株分为3个株系群。1号株系群能使感病品种合丰23、九农9和吉林18发病产生系统症状;2号株系群除对上述品种外,还能使中抗品种齐黄1号和铁丰18也发病;3号株系群则对7个鉴别品种包括高抗品种诱变30及科系8号均能发病。自1982~84年3年共鉴定了采自东北3省29个市县的毒株391个,3个株系都占有相当的比例,其中吉林省3号株系偏少。

摘  要:
Strains of soybean mosaic virus based on virulence of soybean cul-tivars are classified into 3 groups of strains.Group 1 infected only sus-ceptible cultivars as Hefeng 23,Jiunong 9,Jiling 18 and caused syste-mic symptoms,but did not infect any of resistant cultivars.Group 2beside susceptible cultivars mentioned above infected relatively resistantcultivars such as Qihuang 1 and Tiefeng 18,but did not infect high re-sistant cultivars.Group 3 is the most virulent one and may infect all ofdifferential hosts,including high resistant cultivars as Youbian 30 andKexi 8.391 SMV isolates were collected from Liaoning,Jiling and Heilong-jiang provinces of Northeast China.The results of the identicatifion ofisolates indicated that of the group 1 about 32%,of the group 2,46%and of the group 3,22%。
