基于MBD和数控编程控制的智能化农机制造技术研究

摘  要:
伴随着数控技术的发展,各类能进行加工编程与仿真的软件也应运而生,因此农机零部件在试制之前便可以对模型结构和加工工艺进行优化设计。由于目前农机设计制造各个部门之间不是协同工作,一般设计是阶段性的,对于信息的反馈较差,导致优化后设计方案的改进效率较低,不能满足现代数字化设计制造的需求。为此,提出了一种MBD和数控编程控制的智能化农机制造方法,利用三维数字化技术和MBD使各个设计部门协同工作,实现农机产品设计和制造工艺的集成一体化,从而有效提高了农机产品的研发效率。利用拖拉机零部件的研发对方案进行了论证,并从零件树、刀具参数树等对MBD智能化制造系统进行了设计,为农机智能化制造技术的研究提供了借鉴。

摘  要:
Along with the development of numerical control technology,various kinds of software have come into being,which can carry out processing programming and simulation. Therefore,the structure and processing technology of the agricultural machinery parts can be optimized before the trial production,but the general design is phased because the various departments of agricultural machinery design and manufacture do not cooperate with each other. For the poor feedback of information,the optimized design scheme is inefficient and it can not meet the needs of modern digital design and manufacture. Above it,it put forward an intelligent agricultural machinery manufacturing method with MBD and NC programming control. It realized the integrated integration of the design and manufacturing process of agricultural machinery products by using the 3 D digital technology and MBD to work together,thus effectively improving the efficiency of the research and development of agricultural machinery products. Finally,the project is demonstrated by the research and development of the tractor parts and parts,and the MBD intelligent manufacturing system is designed from the part tree,the tool parameter tree and so on,which provides a new reference for the research of the agricultural machinery intelligent manufacturing technology.
