蔬菜中八种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的SPE-HPLC分析

摘  要：
建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中8种氨基甲酸酯农药(涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、三羟基克百威、涕灭威、克百威、甲萘威和抗蚜威)残留的方法。蔬菜样品采用乙腈提取,经氨基小柱净化,以(乙腈∶甲醇=8∶3,V/V)-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温40℃,C18柱分离,检测波长220 nm。结果表明,8种农药在蔬菜中的加标回收率为75.3%~112.5%,相对偏差小于6%。该方法简便快速、准确度高,符合实际应用需要。

摘  要：
The 8 kinds of carbamate pesticides(including aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfone, methomyl, 3-hydroxy carbofuran, aldicarb, carbofuran, carbaryl, pirimicarb) in vegetables by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPE-HPLC) was investigated. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by amino solid phase extraction column, and separated gradiently with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile methanol mixer(8∶3,V / V) and water on the column of C18 at 40 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min,and the wavelengh was detected at 220 nm. The results showed that the recovery rate of 8 kinds of pesticides in vegetable was 75.3%~112.5%,RSD was less than 6%. This method is simple,rapid, accurate for detecting carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables.
