采前Harpin处理对“银帝”甜瓜潜伏侵染的影响

摘  要：
采用50mg/L Harpin分别对“银帝”甜瓜开花前1周、幼果期、果实迅速膨大期、网纹形成期的植株进行1、2、3、4次喷洒。结果表明:Harpin可明显控制甜瓜果实的潜伏侵染。随着处理次数的增加,果实的潜伏侵染率依次降低,其中以4次处理效果最好。采前Harpin处理对潜伏于果实体内的两种优势病原菌交链孢(Alternariaalternata)和镰刀菌(Fusarrium sp.)的控制效果存在差异,对Fusarium sp.的控制效果优于A.alternata。

摘  要：
Harpin with 50 mg/L concentration was sprayed four times at one week before flowering, young fruit period, fruit enlarging period and netting period of muskmelon cultivar Yindi in the field. The results showed that spraying with Harpin could significantly reduced latent infection rate of fruit in preharvest. With increasing of the spray times the latent infection rate decreased. Among the all treatment, the four times of spraying was the best treatment. There was difference between A.alternata and Fusarium sp with Harpin treatment, and Harpin had better control on Fusarium sp. than A. alternata .
