不锈钢精密车削表面粗糙度试验研究

摘  要:
表面粗糙度是零件加工质量的重要评价指标之一,表面粗糙度的好坏直接影响到零件的装配性能、耐磨性、耐蚀性和使用寿命等,因此表面粗糙度已经成为金属切削加工的必然要求和追求目标.基于不锈钢的单因素和多因素正交组合精密车削试验,研究了切削参数对表面粗糙度影响的基本规律,建立了表面粗糙度与切削参数之间的关系模型.结果表明,切削参数是影响表面粗糙度的主要因素,其对表面粗糙度影响的显著性顺序依次为:进给量f>切削深度α_p>切削速度v_c.

摘  要:
Surface roughness is an important index of evaluating process quality.It has a direct impact on assembly performance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of parts.So surface roughness has become the necessary requirement and the pursuing goal of metal-cutting process.Based on single-factor and multi-factor orthogonal test of precision turning,this paper studied the basic influencing rule of cutting parameters on surface roughness,and built the relationship model between cutting parameters and surface roughness.The results shows that cutting parameters is the main affecting factor of surface roughness,their significance order is as follows:Feed rate f> Cutting depthα_p>Cutting speed v_c.
