摘 要:
【目的】探索‘石硖’龙眼(Dimocarpus longan Lour‘Shixia’)果实糖积累和蔗糖代谢相关酶之间的关系。【方法】用高效液相色谱法测定了假种皮生长发育过程中蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖含量,运用分光光度法测定了蔗糖代谢相关酶的活性。【结果】石硖果实质量、假种皮质量和总糖含量的变化均呈先慢后快的生长趋势。在假种皮缓慢生长期,以积累葡萄糖和果糖为主,糖积累主要受AI、SS(分解方向)活性的调控;假种皮快速生长期,以积累蔗糖为主,AI和SS(分解方向)活性降低,同时,SPS、SS(合成方向)活性增加是蔗糖积累的主要因子;而NI的活性相对较低。【结论】‘石硖’龙眼为糖直接积累型,假种皮在发育期,存在明显的蔗糖积累(花后75 d)和蔗糖代谢相关酶的净活性变化(花后65~75 d)的转折点。蔗糖积累的同时伴随着AI、SS(分解方向)活性的下降和SS(合成方向)、SPS活性的提高,所以糖分积累进程是在蔗糖代谢相关酶的综合作用下进行的。

【Objective】To ascertain the relationship between accumulation of sugar and sucrose-metabo-lism related enzymes.【Methods】The contents of sucrose,glucose and fructose in longan aril were mea-sured by HPLC,and the activities of related enzymes were measured by spectrophotography.【Results】The results showed that the trend of fruit weight,aril weight and total sugar were from slow to fast. Glu-cose and fructose accumulation were mainly mediated by AI and SS(the decomposition direction)in theslow growth period of aril. The sucrose accumulation was mainly mediated by decreasing activities of AIand SS(the decomposition direction)and rising activities of SS(the composition direction)and SPS. How-ever,the activity of NI was relatively lower.【Conclusion】'Shixia'belonged to the sucrose accumulationtype. There were two obvious turning points of the sucrose accumulation(70 d after flowering)and the netactivity change of related enzymes(65-75 d after flowering) in the process of the aril growth. With the su-crose accumulation,the activities of AI and SS(the decomposition direction)were descendant and SS(thecomposition direction)and SPS were rising. So the accumulation of sugar was controlled by a variety of en-zymes together.
