临床护士对基础护理的认知调查分析

摘  要：
目的:了解护士对基础护理认知现状,以便采取有效的对策,进一步夯实基础护理,推动优质护理示范工程的实施。方法:采用自行设计的调查表,以随机抽样的方法,调查某二级甲等综合性医院120名临床护士对基础护理的认知现状。结果:41.38%的护士认可基础护理是护士的重要职责,43.97%的护士认可基础护理能体现护理专业价值,45.69%的护士认可做好基础护理能促进护患沟通,提高满意度,25.00%的护士认可基础护理质量直接影响患者身体康复,而认为在执行基础护理时有服侍人的感觉,可做可不做的占70.69%。结论:临床护士对实施基础护理及生活护理的认识存在不足,管理者应加强护士的职业道德教育,加强护理人员相关的培训与考核,合理调配护理人员,夯实基础护理,努力提高护理服务质量。

摘  要：
Objective:To understand the cognitive status of nurses' understanding of basic nursing so as to further reinforce the foundation care,and the quality care demonstration project.Methods:The self-designed questionnaire is used to investigate 120 clinical nurses' understanding of the basic nursing.Results:41.38% of the nurses recognized the important duty of basic nursing;43.97% of the nurses admitted the professional values in the basic nursing;45.69% of the nurses thought that the basic nursing can promote the communication between nurses and patients;25.00% of the nurses recognized the direct impact of basic nursing on patients' physical rehabilitation.Those who viewed basic nursing as serving and good-for-nothing were 70.69%.Conclusion:The clinical nurses have lack of understanding of the performance of basic nursing.Therefore,the performance of professional ethic education and the establishment of check-up system may play an important role in strengthened basic care and improved quality care service.
