油料植物白檀果实中油脂的积累规律

摘  要:
为给定向高产栽培管理及确定果实的最佳采收时期提供理论依据,对不同发育阶段白檀果实进行油脂组分分析和组织结构显微观察。结果显示,白檀果实油从花后第10天开始呈"S"型积累,最大含油率可达36.6%;白檀果实油脂肪酸主要成分是棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸,饱和脂肪酸含量呈先升后降的变化,最低含量为20%,而不饱和脂肪酸相对含量不断增长,最高含量可达79%;白檀果实油脂积累的主要场所是中果皮、胚乳和胚3个部位,以油体和油细胞的形式贮藏,其中,胚乳是果实中最主要的油脂积累部位。

摘  要:
In order to provide a theoretical basis for high-yield cultivation management and learning the best fruit harvesting period,oil constituents in Symplocos paniculata fruit were analyzed and the tissue structure was observed by microscop at different development stages.The results showed that oil was accumulated as "S" curve from the 10th day after fl owing,and the highest oil content was up to 36.6%.Fatty acid in S.paniculata fruit oil was mainly composed of palmitic acid,oleic acid,stearic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid.The content of saturated fatty acids was increased at first and then decreased,and the lowest content was 20%.But the content of unsaturated fatty acids kept rising along with fruits growing up,and the highest content was up to 79%.Oil was accumulated mainly in mes ocarp,endosperm and embryo in the forms of oil cells and oil bodies,and endosperm was the major oil accumulation part.
