摘 要：
【目的】为缓解季节供需不均衡,解决饲草供需矛盾,研究山羊饲喂桂牧1号杂交象草、紫色象草两种象草后的效果。【方法】选择16头体重、年龄接近,生长发育正常的努比亚山羊,随机分为两组,每组8头,同等饲养管理条件下分别饲喂桂牧1号杂交象草和紫色象草,为期90d。【结果】饲喂桂牧1号杂交象草组比紫色象草组日增重高出7. 76%,桂牧1号杂交象草组增重效果好;桂牧1号杂交象草组屠宰率高于紫色象草组6. 22%,桂牧1号杂交象草组的屠宰性能优于紫色象草组;饲喂紫色象草组的料肉比为:17. 16(草)+5. 37(料)∶1,低于桂牧1号杂交象草的料肉比23. 28(草)+5. 08(料)∶1,而桂牧1号杂交象草的精料料肉比低于紫色象草组,所以饲喂紫色象草组的料肉比高于桂牧1号杂交象草。【结论】添加一定比例的桂牧1号杂交象草,可获得较高的屠宰效率;添加紫色象草,明显改善山努比亚羊的肉质,两种象草均可作为肉羊日粮饲料添加,有着较高的饲料回报率,在南方地区具有一定的推广和应用价值。

摘 要：
【Objective】In order to relieve seasonal imbalance between supply and demand,resolve the contradiction between supply and demand,the paper studies the effects of feeding goat with two types of elephant grass,namely Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass and purple elephant grass. 【Method】 Sixteen Nubia goats with similar weight and age as well as normal growth and development were picked and randomly divided into two groups,8 in each group. Under the same feeding and management condition,the two groups of goats were respectively fed with Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass and purple elephant grass for90 days. 【Result】 The daily weight gain of the group fed with Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass was7. 76% higher than that of the group fed with purple elephant grass,indicating that Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass had good effect of gaining weight. The dressing percentage of the group fed with Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass was 6. 22% higher than that of the group fed with purple elephant grass,showing that the slaughter performance of Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass was better than that of the group fed with purple elephant grass. The feed conversion ratio of the group fed with purple elephant grass was 17. 16(grass)+5. 37(feed) ∶ 1,lower than that of the group fed with Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass,which was 23. 28(grass)+5.08(feed) ∶ 1. The concentration feed conversion ratio of Guimu No. 1 fed with hybrid elephant grass was lower than that of the group with purple elephant grass. Thus,the conversion ratio of the group fed with purple elephant grass was higher than that of the group with Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass. 【Conclusion】 Higher dressing percentage can be achieved by adding a certain proportion of Guimu No. 1 hybrid elephant grass;the meat quality of Nubia goats can be significantly improved by adding purple elephant grass. Two types of elephant grass can both be added as daily forage for meat goats with relatively high feed rate of return,which has certain value of promotion and application in the south.
