流化床法制备绿豆颗粒及其在卷烟中的应用

摘  要:
通过流化床法制备绿豆颗粒,将其应用到卷烟复合滤棒中,提高卷烟感官品质的同时降低烟气有害成分。以颗粒合格率和感官质量评价结果为指标,采用正交试验法优选最佳流化床制粒参数。烟气有害成分分析结果表明,所得绿豆颗粒能够有效降低主流烟气中的氢氰酸和巴豆醛含量。感官评价结果表明,所制备卷烟样品在香气风格特征方面有明显的改善。

摘  要:
In order to improve the sensory qualities and reduce the harmful ingredients in mainstream cigarette smoke,the mung bean particles were prepared by fluidized bed to use for compound filter rod. Taking the qualified rate of mung bean particles and sensory evaluation results as indexes,the orthogonal test was used to optimize the best grain made parameter by fluidized bed. As a result,the analysis on harmful substance of cigarette demonstrated that the mung bean particles can effectively reduce the contents of hydrocyanic acid and crotonaldehyde in cigarettes mainstream. And the sensory evaluation result suggested that the fragrance quality of experiment samples is markedly modified.
