排种器转速自动检测的硬件及软件设计

摘  要:
根据自动控制原理,本研究设计了一套自动测试排种器工作过程中的各种性能指标参数的试验装置,本文报道其中的排种器转速自动检测部分。本设计采用模块化的程序设计方法和PL/M高级语言,开发了一套能自动测试排种器在工作过程中排种器转速的软件程序。使用MCS-51系列单片机及传感器组成的硬件测试系统,实现了对排种器的排种轴转速的实时检测和显示。

摘  要:
In this paper a suit of experimental devices were designed according to automatic control theory, which could automaticly inspect and measure the rotational speed of metering--device's axle. A suit of software was designed in PL/M advanced language with the method of programing, in order to inspect every functional index of metering device in working proces. With the hardware inspecting system composed of MCS---51 chip microprocessor and a series of sensors, the rotational speed of sower was automaticly inspected and measured in real time.
