优质鸡品种选育的研究

摘  要:
地方土鸡种是优质鸡新品种选育的重要种质资源。为了在新品种选育过程中充分利用其优良的种质特性,在研究中采用其他鸡种或品系与其杂交,以达到使更多的优良性状组合在一起甚至超过双亲的目的,并将杂交优势在生产中加以应用。试验结果表明,用隐性青脚白羽鸡作母系、藏乡土鸡作父系的杂交组合,其杂交一代经济性状较好,体型外貌与藏乡土鸡相似,其肉质具有优质鸡的口感风味,可用于规模化散养生产。两系杂交培育优质鸡的方法研究,对于丰富和指导畜禽育种实践有着重要的意义。

摘  要:
Indigenous chicken breed is an important germplasm for breeding new high-quality chicken variety. To fully utilize good germplasm characteristics during the breeding process of new variety, other chicken breeds or lines were hybridized with indigenous chicken, in order to combine more fine traits, even exceed their parents and apply the heterosis in the production. The results showed that the offspring of hybridizing recessive cyan-foot white-feather chicken as the maternal line with Tibetan indigenous chicken as the paternal line had good economic benefits, whose shape and appearance were similar to Tibetan chicken. And the meat of offspring had good taste and flavor of high-quality chicken, so they could be used in large-scale scatter-fed production. The methodology study on two-line hybrid high-quality chicken was of great significance for enriching and guiding the breeding practice of livestock and poultry.
