干旱胁迫对格木和铁刀木光合特性的影响

摘  要:
对一年生的格木、铁刀木苗木实施试验并记录数据,主要是针对干旱以及复水的处理后的苗木状况来分析,测定指标为苗木的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)等,分析苗木在受到干旱胁迫后产生的变化。结果表明:当格木和铁刀木处于干旱胁迫条件下时,它们的光合特性指标都呈现出下降的趋势,然而在开始进行复水后,它们的各项光合特性指标上升;从上升和下降的急缓程度可以看出格木的抗逆性要优于铁刀木。

摘  要:
Through experiment and recorded data of one-year-old seedlings of Erythrophleumfordii Oliv and Cassiasiamea Lam,seedlings status of drought treatment and rewatering after treatment were mainly analyzed. Net photosynthetic rate(PN),stomatal Guide(GS),transpiration rate(TR),water use efficiency(WUE)were determined to analyze the change of seedlings after drought stress treatment. The results showed that under the drought stress,photosynthetic indexes of Erythrophleumfordii Oliv and Cassis siamea Lam all reduced,and increased when rewatering;Erythrophleumfordii Oliv has stronger stress resistance than Cassiasiamea Lam,according to the urgency degree of decease and increase.
