摘  要：
采用乙腈和水混合溶液进行提取,弗罗里硅土柱柱层析净化,以HP-5毛细管柱分离,应用气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定辣椒中菊酯类农药残留量。添加回收率可达81.5%￣110.1%,变异系数2.5%￣5.1%,最低检出浓度为0.005mg/kg。

摘  要：
Samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water and cleaned up with a Florisil column, followed by separa- tion on an HP-5 capillary column. Pyrethroid pesticide residues in peppers were then quantitatively determined by GC using electron capture detection (GC-μECD). Recoveries of the method ranged from 81.5 to 110.1%, coefficients of variation were 2.5 to 5.1%, and the limit of detection was 0.005 mg/kg.
