摘 要：
指出了循环经济是一种全新的经济发展模式,发展循环经济可以从根本上解决资源短缺、环境恶化问题,达到人与自然和谐、健康、持续发展,建设生态文明社会。在对泾川县县情进行分析的基础上,构建了泾川县农副产品加工业循环经济产业链,探讨了泾川县发展循环经济的支撑体系建设,对于类似区域发展循环经济具有很高的实际参考价值。

摘 要：
Circular economy is a new model of economic development ,and the development of circular economy can fundamentally solve the problems of resources shortage and environmental degradation ,so as to achieve harmonious , healthy and sustainable development between man and nature and to construct ecological civilization .Based on the situation analysis of Jingchuan County ,this article constructs the circular economy industrial chain of characteristic agricultural processing industry ,and explores the support system of circular economy development .This study has a high practical value on the development of circular economy in the similar areas .
