Lactoferricin是一种天然抗菌肽。本实验进行了Lactoferricin基因的PCR合成,将其引入质粒pGEX-6p-1,转化E.coli JM-109,并进行PCR鉴定、酶切鉴定及测序,成功构建了Lactoferricin基因表达载体pG-Lfn。

摘 要:
Lactoferricin is a kind of natural antibacterial peptide. In this study, the gene of Lactoferricin was synthesized with PCR, and was linked with the plasmid of pGEX-6p-1, then transformed into E.coli JM-109. The identifications of PCR, enzymical degestion and sequencing were carried out, and the expressing vector of pG-Lfn was successfully constructed.
