引进国外智力对促进都市农业科研创新与发展的初探

摘要：

针对上海市农业科学院近年来实施的引进国外智力项目在上海农业科研和管理等领域上作用,并结合上海都市农业发展及上海市农业科学院"十一五"科技发展规划的要求,初步探讨了今后引智项目在农业科技创新中的作用。

摘要：

The effect of bringing in talents hereafter on agricultural scientific innovation is preliminarily ex- plored on the basis of the effect of talents brought in from abroad by Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years on the agricultural research and management and the agricultural development in Shanghai as well as the requirements of the 11~(th) five-year scientific innovation program of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
