摘 要：
To improve the farmland circulation system is the key to solve many problems of farmland circulation.British land system has accumulated successful experiences in the long-term development,and can provide a reference to improve the farmland circulation system in China.In this article,the experiences of the British land system were summerized,and the solving measures to the key existing problems on the transfer of ownership of farmland in China were also put forward.
