本文依据马克思主义政治经济学的基本理论。分析和论述了国内外林业发展的历史和现状,联系我国国情和林情的基本特点,提出了现阶段我国林业应采取的指导方针的见解。对林业科学技术的内涵,以及林业经济管理学科的性质、任务和实际应用问题,也作了综合论述。

摘 要：
This article analyzes and discusses the history and present situation of forestry at home and abroad, according to Marxism's basic political and economic theory. The article relates the basic characteristics of national conditions and forestry conditions, and puts forward the guiding principles and new ideas which should be adopted by us. In addition, this article also makes a synthetical discussion about the intension of forestry science and technology, and the characters, responsihilities and problems of the practice of the forestry economic and management branch.
