云南蚕区28份野生桑种质资源的果用性状初步调查

摘  要:
为了发掘优良果用桑种质资源,对云南蚕区收集保存的28份野生桑种质资源的果实相关农艺性状(座果率、单芽座果数、单果质量、果长和果径)及果实的理化性状(糖度、p H值、桑椹红色素含量和出汁率)等进行调查和测定。28份野生桑种质资源中,座果率>85%的有14份,单果质量超过3 g的有2份,果汁糖度超过20%的有7份。28份野生桑种质资源分属于6个桑种,其中,山桑(Morus bombycis Koidz.)的3份种质资源具有座果率高、果实中桑椹红色素含量高等特征;长果桑(Morus laevigata Wall.)的8份种质资源和长穗桑(Morus wittiorum Hand-Mazz.)的4份种质资源具有果长长、果汁糖度高等特征。筛选出部分果用性状优异的野生桑种质资源,可应用于生产或作为优良果桑品种育种材料。

摘  要:
In order to explore excellent mulberry germplasm resources for fruit use,in present study we investigated and measured the agronomic characters( fruit setting rate,single bud fruit number,single fruit weight,fruit length and fruit width) and physicochemical properties related to fruits( sugar degree,p H value,mulberry red pigment content,and juice yield) of 28 wild mulberry germplasm resources conserved in sericutural areas of Yunnan Province. The results demonstrated that 14 of the 28 wild mulberry germplasm resources had over 85% fruit setting rate,2 had over 3 g single fruit weight,and 7 had over 20% sugar degree in fruit juice. Among the28 wild mulberry germplasm resources belonged to 6 mulberry species,3 germplasm resources of Morus bombycis Koidz. were typified by having high fruit setting rate and high red pigment content in mulberry fruit. In addition,a prominent fruit length and high sugar degree existed in 8 germplasm resources of Morus laevigata Wall. and in 4 germplasm resources of Morus wittiorum Hand-Mazz.. Our present work identifies a number of excellent wild mulberry germplasm resources for fruit use,which can be used for production or for breeding superior fruit-use mulberry varieties.
