半柔性水泥沥青混合料的路用性能分析

摘  要:
半柔性水泥沥青混合料可以有效提高路面的使用性能和服役年限,基于此,本文设计了不同孔隙率的沥青混合料,探讨了孔隙率对其力学性能、稳定性、抗裂性和疲劳性的影响规律,分析了半柔性水泥沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:1)半柔性水泥沥青混合料的无侧限抗压强度为2.0?3.0 MPa,抗压弹性模量为0.9?1.2 GPa,马歇尔试验稳定度为19?22 k N,车辙试验动稳定度则为8000?12000次/mm;2)半柔性水泥沥青混合料的浸水劈裂强度百分比均达到75%以上,并随孔隙度的增大而增大;3)半柔性水泥沥青混合料的干缩系数随孔隙率的增大而增大,孔隙度对温缩系数无显著影响;4)水泥胶浆的灌入增大了半柔性水泥沥青混合料的脆性,不利于路面结构的长期稳定。

摘  要:
Semi flexible cement asphalt mixture can effectively improve the use performance and service life of pavement.Based on this, concrete and asphalt mixtures with different porosity were designed in this article. The influence laws of porosity on the anti-the mechanical performance, stable performance, cracking performance and fatigue performance were explored and the pavement performance of the semi flexible cement asphalt mixture was evaluated. The results showed that:1) The unconfined compressive strength of semi-flexible cement asphalt mixture was 2.0~3.0 MPa, the compressive elastic modulus was 0.9~1.2 GPa, the Marshall test stability was 19~22 k N,and the stability in the rut test was 8,000~12,000 times/mm. 2) The percentage of submerged splitting strength of semi-flexible cement asphalt mixture reached over 75% and increased with the increase of porosity; 3) The dry shrinkage coefficient of semi-flexible cement asphalt mixture increased with the increase of porosity, there was insignificant influence of porosity on temperature shrinkage coefficient; 4) Cement grouting increased the brittleness of semi-flexible cement asphalt mixture, which was disadvantageous for a long-term stability of a pavement structure.
