常温厌氧处理真丝印染废水的技术研究

摘  要:
采用复合式厌氧反应器常温处理低浓度真丝印染废水,在进水COD约为300 mg/L,色度400倍,有机负荷分别小于1.0 kg COD/(m3?d)和1.5 kg COD/(m3?d),水力停留时间(HRT)分别在10.8h和5.5 h的条件下,出水COD分别<100 mg/L和<150 mg/L,出水色度分别<50和<80,均达到国家规定的一、二级污水排放标准.工艺技术经济分析表明采用复合式厌氧反应器常温处理低浓度印染废水是可行的.

摘  要:
The combined anaerobic reactor was used to deal with low COD concentration wastewater from the real silk print and dyeing industry.When COD in influent was about 300 mg/L,influent color dilution factor was 400,the organic load was less than 1.0 kg COD/(m~3·d) and 1.5 kg COD/(m~3·d) and the hydraulic retention time was 10.8 hours and 5.5 hours,COD in the effluent was less than 100 mg/L and 150 mg/L,effluent color dilution factor was less than 50 and 80,respectively,which satisfied the national first and second rank discharge standard.It was demonstrated to be feasible by the technological and economical analysis.
