基于模糊控制的拖拉机AMT油门控制方法研究

摘  要:
介绍了自行设计的自动驾驶拖拉机电控机械式自动变速器的油门执行机构及其模糊控制方法。给出了所设计的油门控制机构的控制系统的组成及仿真结果。首先确定各模糊变量,然后建立模糊控制规则,最后建立仿真模型。仿真试验证明采用模糊控制能很好地保证执行机构的快速性、平稳性和较高的控制精度,其性能满足试验的要求。

摘  要:
This paper introduces the actuating mechanism and discusses the idea of applying the fuzzy control techniques to the accelerator of tractor's automatic machinery transmission(AMT).It is presented that the structure of step motor-controlled accelerator,the composition of the control system and the experiment results of the fuzzy control.Fuzzy control are used determine fuzzy variables at first,then create the fuzzy control rule,and build the fuzzy control model at last.The experiment results show that applying fuzzy control to the step motor-controlled accelerator can ensure the fast response,the stability and the higher control precision and meet the requirements of the experiment.
