氮素运筹方式对沙薄地小麦产量和品质的影响

摘  要:
以优质中筋小麦品种豫麦70为试验材料,研究了沙薄地大田条件下等量氮肥不同运筹方式对小麦产量和品质的影响。结果表明:1氮肥底施+追施优于氮肥全部底施(一炮轰);2在70%氮肥底施的基础上,拔节期重追氮肥的增产效果明显,以20%氮肥拔节期追施,10%氮肥孕穗期追施的产量最高,较氮肥全部底施的增加9.1%;3所有氮肥底施+追施处理的籽粒灰分含量、出粉率、吸水率均比氮肥底施的提高,除硬度以外,所有氮肥底施+追施处理的籽粒品质趋于软质化,表现为蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量降低,沉降值减少,稳定时间、断裂时间缩短,弱化度增大。

摘  要:
Based on field condition an experiment that medium gluten wheat variety Yumai 70 was chosen as research material was carried out that effect of different strategies of nitrogen application on grain yield and quality traits of wheat planted in sandy barren soil with using a certain of nitrogen. Results showed that(i)Yield of nitrogen fertilizer base +application was better than CK.(ii)Having applied 70% base nitrogen, adding more nitrogen during elongation stage may increase wheat grain yield clearly. Of all the treatments, the treatment with 20% nitrogen application during elongation stage and 10% nitrogen application at booting stage had the highest yield, its yield was 9.1% more than CK.(iii)Ash content, milling extraction and absorption of nitrogen application were more than CK. With the exception of hardness, quality traits of the treatments of nitrogen application incline to soften. Quality traits of them showed that protein content, wet gluten, sedimentation and value reduce, stability time and time to breakdown shorten, degree of softening enhances.
