摘  要：
"绿水青山就是金山银山"是习近平总书记立足当代中国生态实践,在传承发展马克思主义生态观、汲取中华优秀传统文化中国的生态智慧、借鉴西方国家治理生态环境问题的经验基础上形成的科学理念,是习近平生态文明思想的核心要义。其实质是坚持生态环保和经济发展互利共赢,建设美丽中国。当前,要把这一科学理念转化为实践动力,需要加大生态系统保护力度,加快推进生态文明体制改革,推动形成绿色发展方式和生活方式。

摘  要：
The conviction that ′lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets′ is scientific concept proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the basis of inheriting and developing the Marxist ecological view, drawing on the ecological wisdom of China′s excellent traditional culture, and drawing on the experience of western countries in managing ecological and environmental problems. The scientific concept is the core sense of Xi Jinping′s idea of ecological civilization, whose essence is to stick to the principle of mutual benefit and win-win result of ecological preservation and economic development, and build a beautiful China. At present, if this scientific concept is to be transformed into practical driving force, it is necessary to strengthen the protection of ecological system, speed up the reform of ecological civilization mechanism, and promote the formation of green development mode and life style.
