复方恩诺沙星对禽巴氏杆菌的抑菌效果

摘  要:
用试管法和杯碟法研究了复方恩诺沙星对禽巴氏杆菌的抑菌效果 .结果表明 ,恩诺沙星与阿普拉霉素组成的复方恩诺沙星制剂对禽巴氏杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为 2μg/ m L ,而单独使用恩诺沙星和阿普拉霉素对禽巴氏杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为 3 .2μg/ m L和 2 .2 5 u/ m L ,表明二者制成复方后 ,表现为协同作用 ,抗菌活性增强

摘  要:
The bacteriostasis of compound enrofloxacin to pasteurella poultry was studied by means of the tuble method and cup plate method.The results show that the MIC of compound enofloxacin to pasteurella poultry is 2 μg/mL.The MIC of single use of emrofloxacin and single use of apramycin to pasteurella poultry is 3.2 μg/mL and 2.25 u/mL respectively.The results show that the compound containing emrofloxacin and apramycin is more effective.They show coperation and their anti bacterium activities increase.
